Seltek Solutions possesses an unusual mix of skills encompassing many years experience in marketing industrial products and services to manufacturing and distribution organisations, together with highly professional expertise in website design and promotion.

In Seltek Solutions we don’t develop or manufacture our own products; we work with manufacturers who are excellent at developing and making their own products but who perhaps lack in-depth expertise in ecommerce and internet marketing. By partnering with Seltek the best of both worlds can be achieved for both parties.

If a suitable range of products is identified and suitable financial arrangements agreed Seltek Solutions will build, at its expense, an online store to present the products, answer basic sales questions and process sales orders.

Seltek Solutions will also promote the website and associated products, at its expense, using a full range of marketing tools, including:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Pay-per-Click Advertising (primarily Google Adwords)
  • Email Marketing

When orders are validated Seltek will place a matching order on the partner and provide delivery notes in Seltek’s name. All documentation for the customer will be in Seltek’s name and goods will be shipped direct by the partner. Being an internet operation we generally receive payment promptly so will normally be your best payer!

From the partner we need:

  • Help in understanding the products
  • Good quality images, brief descriptions, accurate and consistent pricing, including UK delivery
  • Downloadable data sheets where applicable
  • Accurate and reliable delivery promises
  • Excellent communication and commitment to us and our customers

We will:

  • Make your products look attractive on the web
  • Provide customers with secure ordering facilities
  • Answer basic product enquiries with our own well trained team – with your prompt help when we get stuck
  • Invest in marketing including “Pay-per-Click” and email marketing

If we both do our bit the formula works, we will achieve good sales and make real money through a very honest process. Because we charge you nothing for this arrangement we really do expect you to provide great support, which of course is in your interests too.
